Shipping & Returns

Warranty

Remedy Displays components are made with durable material and all products are inspected before they leave the facility. Since we cannot control the manner, maintenance or the extent of use with our products, the warranty period on manufacturing defects is limited to 30 days on all products from the date of receipt. Security cable warranty against defects is extended to 60 days of receipt.


In the event that a manufacturing defect is discovered between 31 to 60 days after the date of receipt, warranty exceptions may be permitted and at the discretion of Remedy Displays.

Shipping Policy

Shipping in the states or warehouse pick-up in Fountain Valley, CA is available. 
Contact us to schedule of arrange the shipping or pick-up of large and bulk orders.

Shipping method
Our products will only be shipped to a commercial or warehouse location via: via USPS, FEDEX or UPS.
Note: We do not ship large or bulk items to Residential or PO Box Addresses.

 

Return Policy

Due to the special purpose and configuration of these hand-assembled displays – All Sales Are Final.

Remedy Displays stands by the quality and craftsmanship our products. We want every investment to be a positive experience. All products are hand-picked, inspected and packed before they are shipped out.
In the rare case that any items are received damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of shipment arrival by email to support@remedydisplays.com and we’ll make things right.

Return Process
Contact us within 7 days of package arrival by email: support@remedydisplays.com to 
request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form and obtain an official RMA #.

We DO NOT take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or incur additional damage during return transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking number(s) to secure your shipment and help track its safe return until it reaches our facility. 

​

Please ship only authorized return items back to our facility within 14 days of the authorization date. Please include your RMA form(s) in the return package. We are not responsible for returned items not listed on the RMA form(s).

Any refunds issues will be returned in the original form of payment – less shipping charges.
