Domestic Shipping Please allow 5-7 business days with in-stock items to be processed and shipped out. If item(s) ordered are not in-stock, then shipping lead times can vary between 8-12 weeks for delivery. At your request, we may ship partial orders on items that are in-stock first. Contact support@remedydisplays.com for more information. Domestic Shipping We ship all online orders domestically with USPS, FEDEX or UPS within the States. An email will be sent with all tracking numbers to the provided email address once your order has shipped. Large orders that require the inclusion of pallet shipment and large trucks may take up to 7-10 additional days to ship. Our customer support team will reach out to you to coordinate any pallet shipment/accommodations. International Shipping Please contact us for more information. Duties and taxes are not included and is the responsibility of the customer.

Note: At this time, only orders over $1500 USD may be scheduled for pick-up. Our logistics currently supports only bulk item processing. Thank you for your understanding. Local pickup is available at our Fountain Valley, CA facility. (M-F) Between 9am to 430pm pacific time. An email notification will be sent once orders are ready for pick up.

To cancel an order, please contact support@remedydisplays.com within 48hrs of the purchase. We will cancel your order at no cost if your order has not left our facility. Note the following charges may occur: Any order cancellation request received after 72hrs - that has been pulled and prepped for shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee. For any order cancellation request received after the order has been shipped out - will incur a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs charged to return the items back to our warehouse.
